For the first time in 17 years of owning the lodge, Covid-19 and lockdown brought the owners to stay at the lodge for the longest duration- 69 days in total. The teams were split into two. On Wednesday, an elephant 🐘 decided he was not happy with this beautiful tree that gives for the most beautiful sunset photographs on our access road to the lodge, and felt it needed to go. John and Jono did everything they could to try and salvage it.
